Master Shaffer suggested that we post video lessons to our blog to increase the number of readers.  I thought this was a great idea.  In this lesson, I cover Unit Origami.  Origami is the art of paper-folding.  It is typically done with a square piece of paper that is white on one side and has a color or pattern on the other side.  Traditionally, the paper is only folded into the desired shape, it isn’t cut or torn.  In unit origami, several pieces of paper are folded and then combined to form the desired shape.  In this video I will teach you how to make a cube with six units.  Origami is a great way to shift your brain out of beta waves and into alpha waves, just like seated meditation.
