How to Bow in Taekwondo

Another week, another post, another VIDEO DOJANG. In the second episode of the Video Dojang I talk about how to bow. Once again I have to apologize for the quality of the video. I’m still learning. I did add multiple camera angles this time. The problem is that one camera is higher quality than the other and it is really noticeable in the video. Also, I still need more light. I did some research on lighting and one person said, “when you think you have enough light, double it.” Needless to say, I need to double the amount of light for the next video. Enjoy:
