How to Stretch with a Stick

Another week and the Video Dojang is back.  A couple of things have changed.  First off, the Video Dojang is now shot in 1080p.  Change the setting for the video resolution and behold high-definition.  I also invested in more lighting and IT IS STILL NOT ENOUGH.  Well, as I said before, it’s a work in progress.  In this episode of Video Dojang, I cover how to stretch your shoulders and wrists with a stick.
